How To Make Coffee

At ASAP Tent and Party Rentals we constantly get complaints that the coffee urns do not work. The most common problem is that the client uses warm water thereby shortening the brewing cycle and making weak coffee.
Here is proper instructions with the coffee quantities required for good coffee.

Operating Instructions

1. Fill coffee pot with COLD water to desired amount.
2. Add coffee to basket (see chart below). Use regular grind only.
3. Plug coffee pot into a standard electrical outlet making sure there are no more than 2 plugs in the same outlet. NEVER plug into an extension cord.
4.  Red light will come on when the coffee is ready.

Coffee Equivalents

Number of Cups	Coffee Measure	Time to Brew
30	2 cups	30 minutes
55 - 60	3½ cups	30 – 45 minutes
90 - 100	6 cups	45 – 60 minutes

One pound of coffee is equal to approximately 4 ¾ cups of regular ground coffee.
REMEMBER, if you are renting this equipment. Be sure to follow instructions carefully in order to operate machine properly to avoid additional damage costs.
